 Government Press, Printing and publication are making an increasing significant contribution to the development of Bangladesh.
Since the inception of government print-house in this part of Asia during the British colonial administration, print-production and dissemination services have created a gigantic record so far. Now-a-days to overcome various challenges of the time government across the world embraced Information and Communication Technology(ICT) to make the government more service-oriented, which is popularly known as e-Governance. Access to Information has become a global slogan with the introduction of Internet and websites. We are already tagged with the Global Information Superhighways through Submarine cable (SEA-ME-WE-4). We have Fibre-Optic cable for countrywide Internet Connectivity, I would like to pay my heart-felt thanks to the government of Bangladesh for patronizing this mission.
